Please complete the registration form below for each child you are registering. You may register up to three children per form. If you are registering more than three children, please submit an additional form.

Before submitting, please double-check that your email address is entered correctly in all fields. Confirmation emails will be sent to this address, and incorrect details may mean you do not receive important information.

Important notice – Term 1, 2026:
For this season, Run / Jump / Throw will not be operating as an affiliated Fiordland or NZ Athletics club. As a result, all registration fees will go directly towards purchasing new club gear for our athletes.

Payment information:

• There is a $20 charge per child aged 5 years and over. Children under 5 years of age are free of charge but must still be registered.

• Fees must be paid in full before attending the first Run / Jump / Throw session.

• Please include your own name as the reference when making payment.

• Families registering multiple children may make one combined online payment.

• Payment can be made into the following account:

• We understand that some families may find it difficult to pay. If this applies to you, please contact me (Jason) confidentially. We don’t want any child to miss out on sport due to financial circumstances.
